With the approval of all required process finished in April 2009, Sharps Electronics co.ltd has integrated into SREE group officially, becoming one part of SREE group. Meanwhile, we have changed our company name to "Sree Technology Co., Limited" from "Sharps Electronics Co., Limited" ,considering have a vivid brand identity . And our new domain name will be www.sreecctv.com

Even though we are changing our names, we want to stress that our service, support, and long term commitment towards customers will remain unchanged. We will continue our efforts to offer our customers a full range of CCTV product, solution and service driven by their needs. 

We will begin to use the new name on all our official documents and in all our operation activities going forward. All contracts and legal documents previously signed by "Sharps Electronics Co.,ltd" will remain valid, and the corresponding obligations and rights will be assumed by "Sree Technology  Co., Limited. The name change will not affect, business process, and point of contact that you have.

For internal financial management, the exporting business account will be shifted to our headquarter, Sree Group,.which located in Hongkong.
